India's Free Citizen Rights Platform
NagrikIQ exists to make every government service, scheme, and right understandable to every Indian — in plain language, without fees, and without requiring a login.
Our Mission
Making India's government services accessible to every citizen.
India has hundreds of welfare schemes, rights, and portals — but navigating them is needlessly hard. Confusing jargon, broken links, outdated information, and language barriers leave millions of eligible citizens unable to claim what is rightfully theirs. NagrikIQ bridges that gap.
What We Do
We build free, plain-language tools and guides that help citizens understand and access government services without needing a middleman. Our current platform covers:
- ✓Scheme Finder — discover government welfare schemes you qualify for
- ✓RTI Assistant — draft Right to Information applications in minutes
- ✓Court Case Tracker — look up case status across Indian courts
- ✓Driving Licence Guide — step-by-step process for new DL and renewals
- ✓Voter ID Guide — registration, correction, and EPIC download
- ✓PF / EPFO Guide — check UAN balance, claim provident fund
- ✓Land Records Guide — access Bhulekh, jamabandi, and mutation records
- ✓Passport Guide — fresh passport and renewal documentation
- ✓Ration Card Guide — apply, update, and manage your ration card
- ✓Certificate Guides — caste, income, domicile, EWS, birth, death, marriage
- ✓Govt Auctions — find and participate in government e-auctions
- ✓NRI Corner — OCI, PIO, and overseas Indian government services
Why We Built This
India's 1.4 billion citizens interact with government services at every stage of life — from birth certificates to pension claims. Yet the official portals are fragmented across hundreds of central and state websites, often in bureaucratic language that assumes prior knowledge.
First-generation internet users, rural citizens, and people without formal education are the most affected. They either give up on legitimate entitlements or pay touts and agents for information that should be freely available. We built NagrikIQ to change that.
Our Promise
Our Coverage
We cover central government services as well as state-level portals across all 28 Indian states and 8 union territories.
Our Team
NagrikIQ is built by a small team passionate about citizen empowerment and digital public infrastructure. We are not a government body, NGO, or political organisation. We are independent technologists and writers who believe that access to civic information is a fundamental right.
Official Sources Only
Every external link on NagrikIQ points exclusively to official .gov.in and .nic.in portals operated by the Government of India or state governments. We do not link to third-party aggregators, paid services, or unofficial portals.
NagrikIQ provides information and guidance only. We are not affiliated with any government department. For legal advice, please consult a qualified advocate.
