Who is Eligible for OCI Card?
- Person who was a citizen of India on or after 26 January 1950
- Person who was eligible to become a citizen of India on 26 January 1950
- Person who belonged to a territory that became part of India after 15 August 1947
- Child or grandchild or great-grandchild of such a person
- Minor child (including adopted) of OCI card holders
- Spouse of Indian citizen or OCI card holder (subject to conditions)

How to Apply for OCI Card

Fill Part B including your Indian origin proof, family details, and emergency contacts. Pay the application fee online (USD 275 for most countries).
